As an RnD Operasional specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating current workflows, suggesting performance improvements, and documenting technical procedures to ensure sustainable growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement research-based improvements in operational processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and performance reports for internal evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and industry innovations to recommend process upgrades.
- Coordinate with production or project teams to ensure R&D initiatives are effectively integrated into daily operations.
- Maintain data accuracy in project tracking systems and provide actionable insights to management.
- Participate in periodic audits to ensure operational compliance with company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an R&D, Operational, or Process Improvement role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative in a team-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
