Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive robotics training curricula tailored to various skill levels
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions covering robotics programming, assembly, and troubleshooting
- Mentor and guide students and junior engineers in robotics concepts and practical applications
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and student progress
- Stay current with emerging robotics technologies and integrate new content into existing programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company projects and initiatives
- Maintain training equipment, materials, and documentation in optimal condition
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in robotics development, programming, or technical training
- Proficiency in robotics programming languages such as Python, C++, or ROS (Robot Operating System)
- Strong understanding of robot kinematics, sensors, actuators, and control systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience with popular robotics platforms and simulation tools is highly desirable
