Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel brand standards.
- Ensure all room amenities are stocked and arranged correctly, reflecting the hotel's luxury aesthetic.
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled, including dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests encountered in the hallways or guest areas.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a housekeeping role within the luxury hotel sector.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic command of English and fluency in Indonesian.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow operational checklists.
