Room Attendant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. You will clean and maintain guest rooms, change linens, replenish supplies, and adhere to hotel cleanliness standards. This is a full-time position based in Baguio City, Benguet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to established procedures
• Change bed linens and replace towels
• Replenish room amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Ensure compliance with hotel health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
