Asticom is seeking a motivated and reliable Roving Staff member to provide operational support across multiple branches or departments in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. In this role, you will be the go-to person for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting teams with various tasks, and maintaining high service standards across locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detailâoriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
As a Roving Staff, you will travel between assigned sites, quickly learning each branchâs processes and helping to implement best practices. You will support inventory management, assist with customer service initiatives, and help coordinate promotional activities. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems on the fly will be essential to keeping operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Provide onâsite operational support to multiple branches or departments as assigned.
- Assist with inventory receiving, stocking, and replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Help execute promotional activities, merchandising standards, and visual display guidelines.
- Collect and report branch performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate communication between headquarters and branch teams to streamline workflow.
- Participate in training sessions and share best practices across locations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or operations support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems, or POS software).
- Detailâoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to travel between branches within Dagupan City and surrounding areas.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a teamâfirst mindset.
