PT Harkha Putra Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team in Karawang. As a Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and minimizing workplace hazards. You will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing essential training to staff to maintain a secure working environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) programs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and performance reports.
- Facilitate safety induction training, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for all employees.
- Evaluate risk assessments for daily operational activities and ensure appropriate control measures are in place.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of proactive safety awareness across the site.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar industrial role.
- Certified in K3 Umum or other relevant safety certifications (Aktif Sertifikat K3 is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, ISO 45001 standards, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify safety risks and propose effective solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading safety training and briefings.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Willing to be stationed in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
