Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for rooms, events, and residences.
- Prospect and acquire new corporate accounts, travel agents, and event organizers through cold calling, networking, and field visits within Cavite and Metro Manila.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups, exceptional service, and personalized attention.
- Conduct compelling site inspections and property tours to showcase the unique features and amenities of Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, contracts, and event orders tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and business networking functions to promote the hotel brand and generate leads.
- Utilize the hotel's CRM system to manage accounts, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or equivalent.
- With at least 1-3 years of solid sales experience, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications; experience with CRM software is a significant plus.
