Key responsibilities and opportunities include expanding the client base, managing quotes and proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate CRM records to enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and opportunities
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions, including data, voice, and connectivity services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare compelling proposals, and present solutions to key decision-makers
  • Manage quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales engineering, delivery, customer support) to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate client data and activity in the CRM, monitor pipeline, and generate regular status reports
  • Provide after-sales support, address concerns, and ensure long-term client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in telecom or tech services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident presenter
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and close deals
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office; data-driven approach
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills; ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
