Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager to ensure smooth workflow and efficient team operations
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate and participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the hospitality industry
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation using professional software tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Support the planning and execution of sales meetings, client presentations, and negotiations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality operations
- Strong understanding of hospitality and tourism industry practices and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in hospitality are encouraged to apply
