Responsibilities
- Drive local sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored technical application solutions to clients.
- Manage end-to-end customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and professional presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and application engineering within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of air filtration systems or industrial HVAC products is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in solution selling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
