Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organized displays, and ensure merchandise is properly replenished.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving new shipments.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
