Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations and needs-based recommendations
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying upselling opportunities and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and peak-hour coverage
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining brand service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting (up to 20kg), and repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of sports/fitness products highly advantageous
- Valid NBI clearance and health certificate upon hiring
