Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and sell Fossil brand products to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide detailed product knowledge and styling advice to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay updated on new product launches and brand promotions
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
