Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class personalized service that reflects the prestige of the Dior brand.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local and international VIP clients.
- Utilize Mandarin or Cantonese fluency to assist international clients and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels and contribute to the maintenance of immaculate store visual standards.
- Support the team in hosting exclusive brand events and client appointments.
- Accurately process transactions and manage customer data within our CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory; professional proficiency in English is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium customer service.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends, history, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with a diverse global clientele.
