Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on pet needs, breeds, and specific health concerns.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and tracking popular items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with patience and empathy.
- Stay updated on the latest pet care trends and product arrivals to provide current advice.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or pet care is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light pet supplies.
- A genuine passion for pets and a commitment to animal welfare.
- Basic computer literacy for POS and inventory tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
