Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their health goals and recommend suitable LAC products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding vitamins, supplements, and holistic wellness solutions.
- Maintain excellence in store visual merchandising, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and inviting.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash management procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, professional, and high-energy store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in English and Malay; ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred to assist our diverse customer base.
- Prior experience in retail sales, pharmacy, or the wellness industry is a significant advantage.
- A genuine passion for health, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
