You will leverage data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and ensure we exceed our gross profit targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to expand Erajaya's footprint in the enterprise sector.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor market trends, track sales performance, and identify areas for growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain teams to align product offerings with enterprise client needs.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual Gross Profit targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strategic problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
- Deep understanding of the technology or retail enterprise landscape in Indonesia is highly preferred.
