Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both in-showroom and online to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate Carsome's inventory of quality used cars effectively
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from consultation to delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new car models
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transactions and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated, driven, and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Valid driving license is an advantage
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
