We are now looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team in the North Region.
The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be the brand ambassador, responsible for building rapport with customers and guiding them through our exquisite collection. You will use your sales expertise to achieve targets while ensuring every client feels valued and delighted. This role involves working closely with the store team to maintain a pristine sales floor and ensure inventory accuracy. We provide comprehensive training on our products and sales techniques to set you up for success.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers to understand their preferences and needs

- Maintain the visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer queries after sales
- Develop a loyal client base through personalized communication and events
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals
- Passion for jewellery and luxury goods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus
