Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized tile consultation services to residential and commercial clients
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend optimal tile solutions based on project requirements
- Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge across diverse tile collections
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing techniques
- Document client interactions and sales data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with design team to provide technical specifications for custom orders
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or customer service roles
- Deep knowledge of tile materials, applications, and installation techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in basic design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) preferred
