Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client portfolio.
- Proactively identify and prospect new corporate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with existing corporate travel accounts.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to showcase our travel solutions and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless travel service delivery for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
