Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing product knowledge and recommendations to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually attractive sales counter and display area.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer trends to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma or degree in retail or business is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in retail sales, cashier, or customer service roles.
- Fluent in Indonesian (spoken and written); basic English is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and cash register/POS systems.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
