Job Description
Hospeco is seeking a results-driven Sales Distribution Manager to lead our distribution network across Mandaluyong and the Metro Manila region. In this full-time onsite role, you will partner with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to grow market share of our cleaning, safety, and hospitality products.
As the Sales Distribution Manager, you will own channel strategy, forecast revenue, and ensure product availability aligned with demand. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory levels while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a strategic leadership role that rewards initiative, data-driven decision-making, and strong relationship-building. You will lead a team of sales professionals and partner with external distributors to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-moving market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize Hospeco’s sales distribution network across Mandaluyong and Metro Manila, including distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
- Manage annual sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics; monitor KPIs and adjust plans as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and major accounts; negotiate terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and accurate order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize pricing and promotions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales distribution team; recruit and onboard new partners; provide ongoing training and coaching.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement compelling campaigns that support channel growth and given targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales distribution, channel management, or wholesale within consumer goods or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets in distribution networks.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and data-driven sales planning; able to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the Philippine market, distribution networks, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to travel as needed and comfort with onsite collaboration at the Mandaluyong location.
