Responsibilities
- Identify key decision-makers and understand customer needs in PLN UIT, PLN UPT, PLN Generation, and their contractors
- Build and maintain strong professional networks and relationships with stakeholders in the energy sector
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solution capabilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and technical proposals
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including answering customer questions and addressing concerns
- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and market insights
- Prepare technical documentation and sales collateral to support the sales process
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering role
- Strong understanding of PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) systems and processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of energy sector and power generation systems is highly desirable
