Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining, construction, and energy sectors
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customized solutions meet client specifications
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in heavy equipment or diesel technology
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, diesel engines, and related systems
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Jakarta and surrounding regions
  • Valid driving license (SIM A or B) preferred
