Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Engineers to achieve monthly and annual regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's footprint in the industrial automation market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation to final contract negotiation.
- Conduct high-level technical presentations and product demonstrations (PLC, Sensors, Robotics) to key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to design customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular site visits and performance reviews.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, project pipelines, and activity reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Engineering, specifically within the Industrial Automation or Factory Automation sector.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior-level role with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, HMI, sensors, and motion control technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is required.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to client sites within the Greater Jakarta area.
