Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the hospitality, tourism, and retail sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate Cimory’s product portfolio, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities and inventory availability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and client visits to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dairy, food & beverage, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Jawa Barat and occasionally to other regions as needed.
