Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and site inspections, effectively showcasing the unique features and benefits of Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through proactive engagement, exceptional service, and identification of upselling opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or real estate sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse client segments.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
