Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Develop creative design concepts, spatial layouts, and detailed 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
- Prepare comprehensive project quotations and present design proposals to close sales effectively.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to ensure accuracy in design and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Advise clients on material selection, color schemes, lighting, and furniture to achieve desired aesthetic results.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and handle post-sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on sales or project management.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to persuade and influence client decisions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the renovation or design industry.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
