Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
- Present proposals to clients, effectively communicating design ideas and closing sales.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and products to offer innovative solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design sales or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales track record with ability to meet targets.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
