In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategies, responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, attracting international clientele, and showcasing the unique beauty of our Ubud properties.
As a Sales Manager at Minor Hotels, you will not only be selling a room; you will be selling an extraordinary experience. You will work closely with the regional team to identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor landscape, and execute high-impact sales initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy and maximize revenue across our Ubud properties.
- Conduct professional site inspections and personalized property tours for potential clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Actively participate in international trade shows, roadshows, and sales trips to promote our destination and properties.
- Monitor market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine pricing strategies.
- Proactively source new leads and build long-term relationships with B2B partners, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and budget projections for the management team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Revenue Management departments to align sales tactics with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within the luxury or boutique hotel segment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and current travel industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
