Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly enrolment KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end centre operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and facility management.
- Lead, coach, and mentor centre staff to foster a high-performance culture and improve service quality.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage centre budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and students to enhance retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and educational regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to roll out new programs and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, education centre operations, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents and staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on management style.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
