Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in clients and provide a personalized, professional shopping experience.
- Deliver expert product presentations, explaining the features, benefits, and applications of our flooring materials.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that add value to their projects.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory organization.
- Process sales transactions, handle inquiries regarding pricing and promos, and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy for sales tracking and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
