Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the energy and natural resources sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the energy, mining, or industrial gas sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
