Are you an experienced SAP professional looking to drive digital transformation within one of Indonesia's leading retail and distribution companies? Erajaya is currently building a strategic talent pool for our SAP team and is seeking a highly skilled SAP MM/WM Consultant at the Assistant Manager level to join our growing organization.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, configuring, and deploying end-to-end SAP solutions across our complex supply chain ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize Request to Order (R2O), SCM, and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, ensuring that our technical architecture adheres to the highest quality standards and global best practices. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical initiatives that directly impact our operational efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP MM and WM modules to support business requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SCM, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Request to Order (R2O) workflows.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and propose effective technical solutions or system enhancements.
- Manage system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and provide post-deployment support to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules with external legacy systems and middleware.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, functional specifications, and training materials for end-users.
- Ensure all system configurations comply with company security policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant specializing in MM and WM modules.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
- Deep expertise in PTP, SCM, and inventory management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP Certification in MM or WM is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience guiding team members or junior consultants.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for effective stakeholder management.
