Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Retail solutions to meet business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD project lifecycles, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Perform comprehensive system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to validate functionality and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and best practice adoption within the SAP SD module.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Finance, Warehouse) to ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, and other modules.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related incidents, providing timely support to business users and ensuring system stability.
- Stay updated with SAP innovations and retail industry trends to propose enhancements that drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with at least 2 years in a lead or assistant manager capacity.
- Proven expertise in SAP Retail and/or SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration, including pricing, billing, delivery, and credit management.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes, order-to-cash cycle, and integration with logistics and finance modules.
- Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects in a retail or distribution environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- SAP certification in SD or Retail is highly preferred.
