As part of our expanding HR technology practice, you will work alongside seasoned consultants to help clients optimize their human capital management through SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning)
- Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and cleansing
- Create functional specifications and documentation for customizations and reports
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure system quality and performance
- Provide post-go-live support and assist end-users with adoption and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Continuously learn emerging SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or any related field
- Strong academic record with GPA of 3.0 or above (on a 4.0 scale)
- Basic understanding of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance management) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken); additional language is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Willingness to learn SAP SuccessFactors and obtain relevant certifications
- Available for full-time employment starting in 2026
