Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver enrichment lessons aligned with MOE guidelines and school objectives.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for primary school pupils.
- Utilise interactive activities, games, and multimedia to enhance student engagement.
- Assess student progress through informal observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and lesson documentation.
- Communicate regularly with school coordinators and parents regarding student development.
- Participate in training workshops and team meetings to share best practices.
- Adapt lesson content to suit diverse learning styles and abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; tertiary education in Education, Science, Arts or related fields is a plus.
- Strong passion for working with children aged 7‑12 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain student focus.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for designing fun, educational activities.
