Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Brand Ambassador to join the M-Commerce Corporation team at the Hiessence Pop-Up Kiosk located in Bonifacio Global City. This 3-6 month temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to represent a premium brand, drive sales, and create memorable shopping experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Hiessence, engaging with customers to showcase our exclusive product line, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless purchasing journey. You will work closely with the store management to achieve daily sales targets and maintain an inviting kiosk atmosphere. If you have a passion for retail, a knack for connecting with people, and a drive to exceed expectations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage every customer with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales conversions
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or marketing is a plus
  • Previous retail, sales, or brand ambassador experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg as needed
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak hours
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic POS systems and cash handling
