Are you a high-energy individual with a passion for sports and retail? Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to join our dynamic team across our Metro Manila branches including Antipolo, Alimall, Fishermall Malabon, and Q. Ave.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our store’s visual standards, assisting with inventory, and driving sales during our peak seasons. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or stocking.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to be assigned to any of our specified locations (Antipolo, Alimall, Fishermall Malabon, or Q. Ave).
