Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the property
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control points
- Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies
- Perform risk assessments and recommend security improvements
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Train and mentor security officers on best practices and customer service
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain security logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in hospitality
- Certified in security management or related field (e.g., CPP, PSP) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of security systems and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in report writing and record keeping
- Familiarity with local security regulations and emergency procedures
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
