Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to cafe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all patrons.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Manage inventory levels and restock coffee beans, syrups, and milk supplies.
- Handle POS transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, grind settings, and extraction variables.
- Expertise in milk steaming techniques and advanced latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
