Join Anradus as a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer and play a pivotal role in delivering worldâclass MRT underground infrastructure across Singapore. You will oversee the preparation and verification of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and ensure all works comply with stringent Land Transport Authority (LTA) specifications and project requirements. Collaborating closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors, you will provide technical guidance, resolve designâconstruction interface issues, and support seamless site coordination to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of RC and steel shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) for MRT underground works.
- Ensure all structural designs and construction activities comply with LTA standards, project specifications, and relevant codes of practice.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and consultants to resolve designâconstruction conflicts and facilitate smooth execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams during construction phases.
- Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans related to structural works.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by updating design templates, standards, and best practice guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; a Masterâs degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/structural design, with at least 3 years focused on MRT or underground infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in preparing and checking RC and steel shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and structural calculations.
- Strong knowledge of LTA requirements, Eurocodes, BS codes, and Singapore structural standards.
- Experience with structural analysis and detailing software such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore is preferred.
