Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, specializing in Thai and Western cuisine, according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist the Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) and Section Head in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow during service hours.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with HACCP and company hygiene standards.
  • Cross-train and assist in general housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming.
  • Mentor and support junior kitchen staff and kitchen helpers, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and portion control.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Cook, Senior Cook, Chef de Partie (CDP), or Section Head in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven experience in preparing Thai and Western cuisine is highly preferred.
