- Review and draft complex legal documents, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and employment contracts.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation matters and work with external counsel when necessary to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Conduct thorough legal research and risk assessments to support business decision-making.
- Mentor junior associates and legal staff, fostering a culture of professional development and ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar Admission in California and membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, or a related field.
- Proven track record of handling high-value transactions and legal negotiations.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
