Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs promptly and professionally
- Take and process customer orders accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Train and mentor junior crew members on operational procedures and customer interaction
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met in all work areas
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper accountability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fast-food or food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Must be approachable, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about serving customers
