Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality digital assets for web, mobile, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Translate marketing objectives into creative, user-friendly design solutions that drive engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and communication channels.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to improve user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design.
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, design software, and emerging digital technologies.
- Mentor junior design staff and contribute to the evolution of our visual design language.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with motion graphics and prototyping tools is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team setting.
