Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex electrical systems, including power circuits, embedded systems, and control logic.
- Conduct thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and testing to ensure product reliability and performance under various operating conditions.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and project managers to integrate electrical components seamlessly into larger systems.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, test plans, and verification reports for regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in PCB design and signal integrity.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from concept prototyping to mass production and field troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design, preferably in a consumer electronics or industrial automation environment.
- Proficient in using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or Eagle.
- Strong working knowledge of simulation software like SPICE, MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, Arduino), and sensor integration.
- Familiarity with IEEE standards and relevant safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
