Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a visionary Senior Engineering Project Manager to oversee large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projectsâincluding new facility construction, site expansions, and complex engineering initiatives. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâfrom real estate and supply chain to finance and operationsâto ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from feasibility studies and design reviews to contractor bidding, construction supervision, and final commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital expenditure projects including new facility construction, site expansions, and facility upgrades.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
- Oversee contractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare and present project status reports, financial analyses, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering project management, with a focus on large-scale CAPEX projects.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar construction or facility expansion projects from concept to completion.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, CCP, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and local regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools.
