Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end administration of research grants, including proposal preparation, submission, and post-award management
  • Mentor and guide a team of research administration professionals, fostering professional growth and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, funding agency regulations, and legal requirements for all research activities
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline grant administration operations

Qualifications
